Snow Day!

 

Who says you can't learn AND play in the snow???

We observed using our 5 senses, learned about solids and liquids, measured temperature, read snow books, looked at real up-close snowflake photographs, and wrote snow stories. Whew! I call that a productive snow day! :)

 

 

Pirates and Princesses Valentine's Day Party

We had SO much fun Friday at our Valentine's Day "Pirates and Princesses" Party! I love the opportunities when I can just "play" and enjoy these sweet smiling faces! The costumes were precious and watching their excitement was priceless! Thanks to all the parents who were able to join us, and to those who donated to help make the party such a success!
