Snow Day!!!
What a fun time in the snow!!
We discussed how every single snowflake is created uniquely. Just like people, there are no two alike. I showed the kids the amazing photographs of snowflakes up close here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/12/03/alexey-kljatov_n_4373888.html
We also read about Snowflake Bentley, the man who first took pictures of snowflakes close up.
